Out team is passionate about leadership, change and People at Work, and coming to this through very diverse backgrounds. Both founding partners have executive background and have implemented a number of change projects internationally. We offer our services as consultants and will support other executives with change implementation. We will do so with enthusiasm and engagement! We attract people with passion for the human side of change!

  • Endre Lima Løvås

    “Inspiring leadership and change!”

    Endre spent a decade on Skanem's executive team, an international manufacturing company. Prior to that, he worked for nine years at Shell, including two years at Shell International in London as a change agent. His career also includes founding a consulting company focused on the human side of change, which later merged with Right Management. Endre holds a Cand. Psychol. degree.

    Tor was the Managing Director of Norske Shell for six years and is now Chairman of many boards. With 38 years of Oil and Gas experience globally, he has executive and senior leadership experience in Business, HR, HSSE, and various Board positions. Tor holds a Master of Management degree.

  • Ane Sofie Vika

    Ane Sofie has a decade of experience at PwC Consulting, followed by three years as head of Global Mobility at Legal PwC. She then joined Archer as HR Division Director, specializing in culture, strategy, and organizational development. Ane Sofie excels at assessing situations, exploring opportunities, and establishing concrete development plans with value-based leadership.

  • Dave Roberts

    Dave brings extensive business and commercial experience from the offshore energy sector. He held roles in Fugro, Technip, Subsea 7, and the Acteon Group, combining commercial experience with coaching accreditation. Dave envisions purposeful and adaptable leaders, engaged teams, and productive work environments. He holds a Ph.D., MBA, and Masters in International Commercial Law.

    Jenny, with a decade in Australia, led her advisory consultancy focusing on diversity, equity, inclusion, and sustainability. She served as National Brand Manager at North Sails Apparel for Australia & New Zealand, excelling in Sales Management and achieving DNV GL ISO certification for quality in recruitment. Jenny brings a business mindset, purposefulness, and a solution-oriented approach to sustainable processes, strategy, and product development. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Creative Industries from Queensland University of Technology and completed Sustainable Business Strategy & Organizational Leadership at Harvard Business School in 2021

  • Ellen Johanne Munkvold

    Ellen is an experienced leader and people developer with over 36 years of experience in the Oil and Gas Industry. She has worked in Statoil, Halliburton, Weatherford, and Deloitte, focusing on team dynamics and people. Ellen believes in allowing and helping people to become a stronger version of themselves, creating powerful organizations. She holds a coaching training from CTI and a Bachelor of Science in Analytical Chemistry.

    Håvard has extensive experience implementing organizational changes, focusing on Leadership Development and coaching management teams. He worked as a management consultant, partnered in Human Link, and joined Right after its acquisition of Human Link. Håvard holds a Cand.Psychol. degree.

    Rune is a well-published leadership and organizational change expert, a professor of Leadership at the University of Stavanger Business School. He focuses on leadership as a verb, change readiness, culture, and purpose, coining the EPICally MAD leadership philosophy. Rune challenges and supports organizations in developing leadership capabilities and capacity. He holds a Ph.D. in Leadership.

Mari holds an Executive MBA in Brand Management, a Master's in Innovation, and a Bachelor in Journalism & People Development.
